Cottage Domaine Les Poultières is first and foremost a large-capacity gîte/guesthouse (22 to 24 guests) in the heart of the Sologne des Étangs region, set in a huge garden which itself is part of a 120-hectare private estate. Everything is designed to enable you to relax here without having to go out for your activities. There's plenty of room for walking around the property. With a trampoline, ball track, ping-pong table and badminton equipment, children can already have fun on site. A charcoal BBQ and a large gas plancha allow you to cook delicious meals with family and friends.

The gite comprises a large building and a small detached house, offering accommodation for 20 people (plus two sofa beds). In winter, a large fireplace and wood-burning stove add to the cosy atmosphere.
We provide all bedding (COVID obligatory) and towels. Beds are always made before you arrive. The gîte is equipped with two TVs, wifi, two washing machines, two dryers and two dishwashers.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
40% on reservation, balance due 30 days before arrival.
If booked less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the rent will be charged.
Deposit of €2,500, either by bank transfer or cheque, at the latest on arrival.
A proof of insurance RC Villégiature will be asked as well as a copy of the national identity card of the person who will take the contract in his name.
